Why might I have Dysbiosis?

There are many reasons which can cause this imbalance in the gut flora, but the most common occur with use of antibiotics, illness, infections, toxic exposures, stress, aging, dietary habits including too much sugar, processed foods, or allergens.

I’m worried I might have Dysbiosis?

Firstly, don’t worry!  That’s easy to say, but the important thing is to recognise the symptoms as early as possible, before it starts to lead to longer term more chronic health conditions.
